By placing an order with GrindCity, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

About GrindCity

GrindCity is an independent golf streetwear brand operating on a print on demand basis. All products are made to order once a purchase has been confirmed.

This allows us to reduce waste, maintain quality standards, and deliver considered, intentional products rather than mass-produced stock.

Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product from GrindCity.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order, but acceptance of your order takes place when your item enters production or is dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including but not limited to issues with payment, suspected fraud, or product availability.

Print on Demand Products

All GrindCity products are produced on demand.

This means:
• Items are made specifically for you
• We do not hold excess stock
• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun

Please ensure all order details, including size, colour, and delivery information, are correct before completing checkout.

Pricing and Payment

All prices shown are in the currency stated on the website and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Delivery

Production typically takes between 4 and 8 business days before dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. GrindCity is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the print on demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect sizing, colour choice, or style selection.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued if an item arrives:
• Faulty
• Misprinted
• Damaged
• Incorrect compared to the order placed

Any issues must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

If you are unsure about sizing, we strongly encourage you to contact us before placing an order. We are happy to advise, but final responsibility for size selection rests with the customer.

Intellectual Property

All content on the GrindCity website, including designs, graphics, logos, text, and imagery, is the property of GrindCity and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

GrindCity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products, except where required by law.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
