What is GrindCity?

GrindCity is a modern golf streetwear brand built for golfers who care about style, quality, and culture.

We design premium golf clothing that blends streetwear aesthetics with on-course performance. Think boxy fits, clean silhouettes, and garments that feel as good as they look.

Are your products made to order?

Yes. All GrindCity products are made to order.

That means every item is produced specifically for you once an order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and focus on quality rather than mass volume.

How long does production and delivery take?

Production usually takes between 4 and 8 business days before your order is shipped.

During busy periods or high-demand drops, production may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to selected regions. Shipping options and costs will be shown clearly at checkout based on your location.

What fit are GrindCity products?

Our pieces are designed with modern, boxy, on-trend fits in mind.

They’re intentionally relaxed, structured, and confident rather than slim or traditional. If you’re used to classic golf fits, expect something more contemporary and street-led.

I’m unsure about sizing. What should I do?

If you’re unsure about sizing, we strongly recommend reaching out via email or on social before placing your order.

We’re happy to advise on fit, measurements, and how each product is designed to sit. Our goal is to help you choose the right size first time so you love your GrindCity piece when it arrives.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because all items are made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or colour choice.

However, if your item arrives faulty, misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, we will absolutely make it right.

What if my item arrives faulty or incorrect?

If something isn’t right, contact us via email within 30 days of purchase with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

If the fault is on our side, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund quickly. Quality matters to us and we stand behind our products.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you realise you’ve selected the wrong size or colour, contact us as soon as possible.

If production hasn’t started yet, we’ll do our best to update your order. Once an item has entered production, changes are no longer possible.

Are GrindCity products good quality?

Yes. Quality is non-negotiable for us.

We carefully select premium base garments and pair them with high-quality printing techniques to ensure durability, comfort, and structure. These are pieces designed to hold their shape, feel substantial, and perform round after round.

Who designs the GrindCity collections?

All designs are created in-house by a golfer who lives the GrindCity mindset.

Every piece is inspired by real frustration with outdated golfwear and a desire to push the culture forward without losing respect for the game.

Do you offer custom or personalised designs?

At the moment, we do not offer personalised items for individual customers.

Our designs are exclusive and limited, but not personalised with names or numbers. This allows us to maintain design integrity and consistent quality.
