Returns, Refunds and Order FAQs
We like to keep things simple, transparent, and fair. Because GrindCity is a print on demand brand, every order is made specifically for you. Here’s how it all works.
How long will my order take?
All GrindCity products are produced on demand.
Once your order is placed, production usually takes between 4 and 8 business days before shipping. During busy periods or high-demand drops, it may take slightly longer. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll always keep you in the loop.
How will I know when my order is on the way?
You’ll receive two emails for every order.
The first confirms your order and details.
The second lets you know when your item has been shipped and can take between 7-15 days depending on your country of residence.
Our refund and exchange policy
Because all GrindCity items are made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, colour choice, or style selection.
We will, however, always make it right if something isn’t up to standard.
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if your item arrives:
• Faulty
• Misprinted
• Damaged
• Incorrect in size or colour compared to what was ordered
If this happens, please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll review the issue and sort it quickly.
Quality matters to us. If we’ve missed the mark, we’ll own it.
Why we can’t accept returns for sizing or preference
As a print on demand brand, we only produce the exact number of garments ordered. That means we don’t hold extra stock and can’t resell returned items.
This model helps us reduce waste, focus on quality, and keep GrindCity intentional rather than mass-produced.
We know this puts more importance on choosing the right size, which is why we’re here to help before you order.

Our goal is for you to love what you receive, not stress about it.
Size charts are available on product pages, but if you want a second opinion, just message us. Real people. Honest advice.
Need to change something after ordering?
If you’ve placed an order and realise you’ve selected the wrong size or colour, contact us as soon as possible.
If production hasn’t started yet, we’ll do our best to update it. Once an item has entered production, changes unfortunately aren’t possible.
